The GFA Church Staffing Terms of Use outline GFA’s doctrinal and ministry position. Each church and candidate must agree with these terms in order to register so that we can ensure that the churches and candidates we serve are in essential agreement with GFA’s doctrine and ministry practice.

GFA incurs ongoing operational costs by offering this vital church staffing service. While no fee is charged to churches or candidates at the present time, we reserve the right to change this status as needed.

GFA Church Staffing has postings for the following openings:

• Senior pastor
• Assistant pastor
• Youth pastor
• Music director
  
• Church planter
• Pastoral intern

A resume is required, and a biographical profile is recommended. Also, you may add other documents such as a cover letter, doctrinal statement, etc. You may also include a link to a sermon you have preached in any of these documents.

We require at least three professional references. If you are not a senior pastor, one of these must be your current pastor. The other two can be professional ministry references or former pastor(s). Please include the individual's name, phone/cell number, mailing and email addresses. (Even if you have the references on your resume, please add them to the reference section also on your profile.)

A biographical profile is a 1- to 2-page single-spaced document written in paragraph form that includes information about:

• Your personal testimony of salvation
• Your call to the ministry
• Your experiences in ministry
• Specific areas of ministry in which you are particularly gifted and for which you are burdened
• You may include similar, though not as extensive, information about your wife along with comments about your children (age, etc.)
• You may also provide a link to a sermon you have preached

Although you can upload multiple documents during the registration process, you can only currently select two documents when applying for a ministry opening. Additional documents you would like to include can be emailed once you are contacted by the church representative.
